As a well known Swiss model I was traveling the world. In 1992 I visited Costa Rica for the first time and fell in love with the breathtaking nature, the tranquility of the beaches and the friendliness of the "Ticos".
I had the vision to come back to Costa Rica and to create a place where people can experience and share the same emotions I had.

My vision came true and I opened Hotel "The Place" 8 years ago to welcome travelers from all over the world and share these unforgettable moments.
Lying on the beach, letting the white sand run through your fingers, feeling the gentle breeze of the ocean. Hearing the relaxing sound of the waves and enjoying the singing of the birds. Ending your day with a spectacular sunset . Keeping a peace of paradise for ever in your heart.
